We want you be happy with the home decor your purchase from La De Da Decor and Design. If for some reason you need to return your purchase, please read the return policy below and contact us with any questions you may have.
You must contact La De Da Decor and Design for return authorization within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
The merchandise must be in resaleable condition and must be returned in the original packaging that it was received in. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet any of the these criteria.
Shipping instructions will be provided with return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping charges. La De Da Decor and Design will not reimburse for shipping charges unless we determine that the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
If return is due to our error or defective merchandise, we will also credit your return shipping (by UPS ground). Otherwise, we will refund or credit the value of the item (excluding delivery charges) and any taxes you were charged. The account/credit card used to purchase the merchandise will be credited within 10 days of La De Da Decor and Design receiving the returned merchandise.
